Formula 1 Shake Mix: CONTAINS SOY AND OAT. Protein Drink Mix: CONTAINS SOY AND MILK.

Formula 1 Shake Mix: gently shake the canister before use. Mix two scoops of powder (26 g) with 250 ml of cold, semi-skimmed milk (1.5 % fat), or with 250 ml of fortified soy beverage.

Protein Drink Mix: gently shake the canister before use. Mix two tablespoons (28 g) of powder with 250 ml of cold water. Take mid-morning or mid-afternoon as a snack.
