Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over £79 ship for free.
• Standard Shipping: Orders below £79 have a flat shipping fee of £6.99.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a tracking link with full delivery details.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver every order within 2-3 working days when processed by 12:00 PM on the day of purchase. All deliveries are handled by DPD, our trusted shipping partner.

Processing Standards

To guarantee consistent service, we follow Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures:

• Same-day processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are sent to the warehouse the same day and often shipped that day.
• Next-day processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are sent to the warehouse the next business day.
• Dispatch time: Once processed, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or at the very beginning or end of the month may experience minor delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations
