At HL Shop Online, we are committed to the quality of every Herbalife product we deliver. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund or exchange.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@hl-shop-online.com. We will send you a Customer Refund Form along with the return address.
Product Exchange
You can exchange any nutritional or personal care product within 30 days of receipt. Reach out to us at info@hl-shop-online.com and we will guide you through the exchange process. Return shipping costs are reimbursed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. HL Shop Online will cover both the return shipping and the replacement shipping at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Return Shipments
HL Shop Online cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending products back.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 2 business days after the warehouse receives the returned items. Note that there may be a short delay between delivery to the warehouse and official confirmation of receipt.
